Talent – a lonely path?

This project was started in 2020 to foster radically open and respectful contacts between special people who are curious and motivated to think and act outside of their own little box. As we are craving to integrate thought, heart and action, we firmly believe in the approach of our platform as stated below.

We are not aiming at selecting people by a single attribute. Instead the selection process is based on the members deeming an applicant a good fit for the existing group.

This all sounds very nice, but how is it supposed to work?

The aim of this site and community is to help people to come into action by mutual support and with the help of expertise from its members. Due to a non-hierarchical structure, new interactions can be handled smoothly and help spread the culture of mutual care, with good boundaries and awareness of what each person wants to give. The first step is finding trust in one’s capabilities. The second step is taking action, and the third step is making sure, that the actions are impactful and increasing said impact. Engage with others, practice your skills, even on tiny ideas and projects! Eventually you can take your skills out into the world. Contributions to the group could be doing various workshops, organising other activities or a plethora of other options.
