So let’s use the time to, if you wish, slow down, to take a deep breath and to look into emotions inside our locus of control. Emotions that are empowering, emotions that deserve space, emotions creating capacity and creativity in one’s own mind.

Get comfortable, maybe on your couch, outside or in your bed.

Take a deep breath…

Feel free to take all the time in the world for yourself and focus on your body.

And in your own time, take another deep breath.

Take one more and, as you exhale, you feel your body relax and calm down.

This is perfectly natural, because we always relax when we exhale.

For a while, just focus on your breathing.

It is so natural, automatic even, and it deserves some attention.

Notice how you relax more with every breath.

How you calm down;

How everything becomes more peaceful;

Take your time to just be.

To just be yourself;

Let your thoughts pass by,

as they come, just let them float on.

Allow them the freedom to just pass by.

Take a little vacation from everything for a bit.

You feel wonderful, relaxed, calm.

Open for positive thoughts and emotions, because this is what you are here for:

Let us put things into perspective. 

You know the facts, and you understand them, because you are a smart cookie.

When you think about the situation rationally, it is clear that this is one of the less dangerous things in your life, because the numbers say so.

You are a modern human being and in charge of your life, so you can decide how you feel about this, and you know, that it is reasonable, to feel confident.

You have mastered much bigger challenges in your life already, and you know that, because you were present.

Imagine, you are a year or two in the future, and you look back at the present. Life is normal again, humanity prospers, life is good. And with all the benefit of hindsight, you remember the crisis, and all the crazy things that happened, like people squabbling over toilet paper. 

You laugh about it, because you know, that it was all rather manageable. You got through it comfortably. And with the benefit of hindsight, allow yourself to smile, and as you smile, you feel a weight lifted from your chest, feeling calmer, more confident.

Now that you think about it, from this perspective, it feels a lot easier to be calm and relaxed about the situation, because you know that the crisis passes, as all crises have passed, and that
the situation is manageable – you can feel it deep down.

You may allow yourself to make peace with the situation, now or in a moment.

You can allow yourself to be hopeful and optimistic, because this passes and you prevail.

You can allow yourself to feel strong and confident, because you are strong and confident.

Allow yourself to grow from this, to become stronger, because this makes you stronger.

Allow yourself to be the best “you” you can be.

Feel it in your body and in your mind.
